Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders (e.g., during launches or race weekends), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
West Malaysia
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days
• Shipping fee: Displayed at checkout
East Malaysia
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days
• Shipping fee: Displayed at checkout
International Shipping (if applicable)
• Delivery time varies by destination
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Customs duties/import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Tracking number
• Courier link to track your parcel
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Undeliverable Packages / Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Recipient unavailable
Reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the courier
• Parcels lost due to wrong addresses provided by the customer
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:
• Order ID
• Photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product
We will assist you accordingly.
