Thank you for shopping with JDT Racing Team. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


If we experience a high volume of orders (e.g., during launches or race weekends), processing times may be slightly delayed.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times


West Malaysia

Delivery time: 2–5 working days

Shipping fee: Displayed at checkout


East Malaysia

Delivery time: 3–7 working days

Shipping fee: Displayed at checkout


International Shipping (if applicable)

Delivery time varies by destination

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Customs duties/import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer



Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking number

Courier link to track your parcel


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages / Failed Delivery


If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect shipping address

Failed delivery attempts

Recipient unavailable


Reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.



Lost or Damaged Parcels


We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the courier

Parcels lost due to wrong addresses provided by the customer


If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

Order ID

Photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product


We will assist you accordingly.
