Refund & Exchange Policy
At JDT Racing Team, we aim to deliver happiness in every package.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for any purchase.
We only provide size exchanges for eligible items.
Size Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Not purchased during sales or promotions
- In stock for the size you wish to exchange to
Shipping fees for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless you received an incorrect or defective item.
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Size Exchange
Please email order@jdtracingteam.com.my with:
- Order ID
- Size you wish to exchange to
- Reason for exchange
- Photo/video proof if the item is defective
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, you may return the item to us.
Items that do not meet the policy requirements will be returned to you.
We do not accept walk-in exchanges at our warehouse or boutique.
Received the Wrong Product or Size?
We’re sorry for the mix-up.
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you, as long as the item is in original condition with all tags attached.
